Attention! If the hub bearing fails, it is recommended to replace the bearing assembly with the hub.
1. Carefully knock off the protective cap 5 (see fig. Rear suspension parts with disc brakes) hub nuts and remove it.
2. Loosen the nut 6 of the hub (dodecahedral nut) and bolts 2 fastening the wheel.
3. Raise and secure the rear of the vehicle on jack stands.
4. Remove the wheel by unscrewing the final bolts of its fastening.
5. Turn away two bolts 16 of fastening and remove from a flange of a beam of a back suspension bracket guide 1 blocks in gathering with a support. Suspend shoe guide 1 on a wire to the suspension spring, making sure that the brake hose is not stretched, twisted or strongly bent.
6. Turn out the screw 3 fastenings of a brake disk.
7. Remove the brake disc 4 from the hub. If difficult to remove, tap the disc with a rubber or polymer mallet.
8. Finally unscrew the nut 6 of the hub.
9. Carefully, without twisting, remove the hub 7 from the pin.
10. Press the hub 7 onto the trunnion 15, avoiding warping of the hub.
11. Screw on a new nut 6 of the hub. Finally tighten the hub nut with the vehicle on the ground.
12. Install the brake disc and wheel.
13. Be sure to replace a broken or deformed 5 hub cap.
