Front fender
The front fender is sheet-forged without any welded parts. The fenders are mounted during pre-assembly before body painting. Each wing is attached to the frame with nine bolts. The bolt holes in the fenders are slightly larger and oval in shape. Due to this, it is possible, by moving the wing, to set it to the most optimal position, ensuring minimum gaps between the wing and the front door and the wing and the engine compartment cover, and thus change the gaps and the fitting area of the surface parts of the body. Near each oval hole there are four conical punchings with a height of about 2.5 mm, which, even after tightening the bolts, form a gap between the adjacent surfaces (for the penetration of the paintwork material, and therefore good anti-corrosion protection).
In each wing in front of the bottom there are two more holes that serve to attach the bumper. On the back of the wing, closer to the door, a hole for the turn signal lamp is cut out. Ahead there is a cutout for landing a front turn signal lamp.
