Assembly diagram of the rear suspension

1 - wheel bolt, 120 Nm; 2 - cross-slotted screw, 4 Nm; 3 - brake drum (before dismantling the brake drum, loosen the brake pads); 4 - cap; 5 - twelve-sided nut, self-locking, 175 Nm (replace after every disassembly); 6 - wheel hub with bearing and pulse sensor (only for vehicles with anti-blocking device "ABC", replace only as a whole, as a set); 7 - wheel hub with bearing without pulse sensor (only for vehicles without anti-blocking device "ABC", replace only as a whole, as a set); 8 - hexagon head screw, self-locking, 60 Nm (replace after every disassembly); 9 - a shield of the brake mechanism with brake pads; 10 – the holder of a cable of a drive of parking brake system (replace); 11 – a cable of a drive of parking brake system; 12 - nut, self-locking, 60 Nm (after each dismantling, replace by loading the trunk of the car with a load of approx. 100 kg, tighten the nut on the vehicle resting on the wheels); 13 - nut, self-locking, 75 Nm (replace after every disassembly); 14 - hex head screw (after each disassembly, replace, install on the outside of the car); 15 - rear suspension bearing bracket (after assembly, check and, if necessary, adjust the total toe-in of the rear axle wheels; in case of dismantling the rear suspension, if possible, do not loosen); 16 - holder of the parking brake drive cable; 17 - rubber-metal support; 18 - union nut; 19 - brake force regulator depending on the load (only for vehicles without anti-blocking device "ABC"); 20 - screw with an internal hexagon in the head, 20 Nm; 21 - hex head screw, 20 Nm; 22 - bridge beam (remove varnish and dirt from the contact surface and threaded holes of the wheel trunnion (axes)); 23 - anti-blocking speed sensor (NAVZI devices, only for vehicles with anti-blocking device "ABS"); 24 - screw with an internal hexagon in the head, 8 Nm; 25 - lining, bottom; 26 - helical spring (check the paintwork for damage, repair any damage, install only coil springs from the same manufacturer on each rear suspension); 27 - lining, upper; 28 - hex head screw (replace after every disassembly); 29 - hexagon head screw, self-locking, 75 Nm (replace after every disassembly); 30 - shock absorber (it is possible to change also individually, to install only shock absorbers from the same manufacturer on each rear suspension); 31 - nut, self-locking, 55 Nm (after each disassembly, replace, screw, observing the angle for assembling the rear suspension and shock absorber); 32 - pipeline brake drive; 33 - axle of the wheel (axes)
