Crankcase with crankshaft and flywheel
1 – a bolt of fastening of a forward condensing cover of the block (M = 15 Nm); 2 - Gufero sealing washer; 3 - front sealing cover; 4 - bearing shells in the block; 5 – an asterisk of a drive of the oil pump; 6 - crankshaft; 7 - bearing shells in covers; 8 - guide rings for sampling the axial clearance of the crankshaft; 9 – bolts of covers of radical bearings; 10 – covers of main bearings of a cranked shaft; 11 - centering pins; 12 - wheel with a slot for the speed sensor; 13 – a bolt of fastening of a wheel; 14 – flywheel with clip; 15 - bolt; 16 - gasket between the crankcase of the engine and the gearbox; 17 – a bolt of fastening of a back condensing cover; 18 - rear sealing cover with gufero washer
The crankcase is cast in gray cast iron with cylinder liners already formed. The crankshaft bearings have cast iron caps that are part of the block, including bolts. Inserts made of steel sheet with an aluminum working rubbing surface are enclosed in both halves of the bearings. The liners have tongue locks and lubrication grooves along the central circumference.
The bearing caps are all the same, the shells are similar for bearings 1, 2, 4, 5. The third bearing has a different shell, because the axial clearance is selected during assembly using the side guide rings.
