Attention! All sliding and contact surfaces must be lubricated with grease "G 052 142 A2".
Bowden cable drives
- cable gear shifting drive;
- cable drive for preselective gearshift control (take off the leash (pos. 18), for which it is necessary to pull the protrusion in the direction of the arrow, mount it before the gear shift cable drive);
- retaining ring (take care not to damage the bellows during assembly);
- screw, 25 Nm (with its help, the gear shift cable is attached to the gearbox control lever);
- insulating washer (for shift lever/shift cable);
- washer (insert between the insulating washer and the gear lever);
- gearshift lever (only one position for assembly is possible, after assembly, the gearshift drive must be adjusted);
- square nut (inserted into the gear lever);
- self-locking nut, 20 Im (on the gear lever);
- bellows (remove carefully through the tip of the shift cable, lubricate with grease);
- hex head screw, 25 Nm;
- counter support of the flexible roller (Bowden cable);
- spacer sleeve;
- bushing (fixing the flexible shaft counter-support on the gearbox);
- bellows (remove carefully through shift cable end, lubricate with MoS2 based grease);
– the directing lever of switching (before proceeding with disassembly, you need to remove the clutch control actuator);
- self-locking nut, (20 Nm at trailing arm/leash, loosen only to adjust shift actuator);
- leash (with pin for attaching to the guide arm);
- insulating sleeve (between driver and cable drive for preselective gearshift control, press out and press in with a mandrel);
- hex head screw, 20 Nm + 90° (with its help, a damping counterweight is attached);
- blanking counterweight (in order to adjust, you need to remove the gearshift actuator);
- self-locking nut, 15 Nm (for cable drives on gear shift housing);
- rubber washer;
- insulating sleeve (between the driver and the gearshift cable drive, press out and press in using a mandrel);
- insulating sleeve (between the cable drive and the preselective shift control lever, press out and press in with a mandrel)
