Attention! Clutch discs and pressure plates with damaged or loose rivet connections must be replaced.
Attention! The clutch disc and pressure plate must be selected according to the Parts Catalog, depending on the engine code.
Clutch parts 02J
1 - flywheel (make sure that the centering pins are firmly installed, the contact surface for the clutch friction lining must be free of grooves, oil, grease; 2 - clutch disc (observe the correct assembly position, lightly grease the fine spline for the shaft); 3 - pressure plate (check the ends of the diaphragm springs); 4 - dodecahedral screw, 20 Nm (loosen or tighten gradually, crosswise)
1. Clean the splines on the shaft and especially on the clutch disc if it has already been used.
2. Remove any rust and lubricate the splines with a very light grease "G 000100".
3. Then ensure free play of the clutch disc in the splines of the shaft by sliding it along the shaft in one direction and the other.
4. Excess grease must be removed.
Pressure plates are provided with anti-corrosion protection and preserved with grease. For this reason, you can only clean the working surface, otherwise the service life of the clutch would be significantly reduced.
