1. Outer CV joint: replaceable as an assembly only; take off. Press in until it stops with a plastic hammer; distribute grease evenly over the hinge
2. Bolt, 200 Nm and tighten by 180°: replace after each removal; Before screwing in, clean the thread in the drive shaft

4. Clamp: after each removal, replace
5. Boot: Material: Hytrel (polyelastomer); check for cracks and abrasion
6. Clamp: after each removal, replace
7. Spring washer: splined
8. Retaining ring: replace after each removal
9. Boot inner CV joint: no vent; check for cracks and abrasion; remove from the hinge with a drift; before installing on the CV joint, apply product -D 454 300 A2- to the mating surface
10. Clamp: after each removal, replace
11. Lining
12. Bolt, 20 Nm and tighten by 180°: first tighten all bolts crosswise to 10 Nm; replace after each removal; M8 x 48
13. Overlay: after each removal to replace; take off
14. Retaining ring: after each removal, replace
15. Sealant: the surface of the CV joint, to which the casing is glued, must be degreased after each removal, replace
16. Inner CV joint: replaced only as an assembly; distribute grease evenly over the hinge
17. Spring washer: with internal slots
