Removal and installation of the pump of system of cooling

Drain coolant. Remove toothed belt from camshaft. Unscrew bolt -3-, remove coolant circuit valve via cylinder head -N489- -pos. 2-. Remove screws -arrows- and remove coolant pump -1-.

Installation

Installation in reverse order.

Note: Replace sealing rings after removal.

Clean and polish the O-ring contact surfaces. Lubricate O-rings with coolant. Install toothed belt (adjust valve timing). Fill up the coolant.
