Removal and installation of the front left coolant pipe

Remove the top engine cover. Drain coolant. Unscrew bolts -1, 3-, release catch -arrow- and remove cover -2-. Release coolant hose -2-. Unlock retainers -arrows- and remove top section of air duct -1-. Unscrew left and right screws -arrow-. Unhook and remove bottom part -1- of air duct.

For vehicles with engine code CLHA, CLHB, CKFB, CKFC, CUPA, CRVC

Raise retaining clip -1- and remove coolant connection. Remove screw -2-. Loosen clamps -arrows-, disconnect coolant hoses. Remove the front left coolant pipe.

For vehicles with engine code CRKB

Remove air filter. Raise retaining clip -1- and remove coolant connection. Remove screw -2-. Loosen clamps -arrows-, disconnect coolant hoses. Remove the front left coolant pipe.

Installation

Installation in reverse order.

Note: For fastening all hose connections, use original spring clamps, similar to those fitted at the factory.

Fill up the coolant.
