Removal and installation of engine mounts

Remove engine cover. Detach hose -1- for crankcase breather from cylinder head cover by pressing hose clips. Unclip vacuum hoses -arrows- at breather pipe. Loosen clamp -3-, detach air duct from mass air flow meter -G70-. Unscrew screw -2-, move air duct with intake manifold connection to rear and detach from turbocharger.



Disconnect connector -1-. Remove bracket -2- with fuel hoses. Use a screwdriver to unlock the catches -arrow- and move the coolant expansion tank to one side.



Detach bracket -3- with fuel hoses. Remove nut -2- and screws -1-. Move fuel filter -4- aside. Hang the motor in the mounting position.



Release screws -arrows- and remove bracket -1-.

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Checking the adjustment of the power unit supports.
