Removal and installation of a poly V-belt pulley on a three-phase alternator
Remove the V-ribbed belt and, accordingly, the alternator. Remove poly V-belt pulley using tool -T30032-. Removal - turn the generator shaft to the right. Installation - turn the generator shaft to the left. Tightening torque: 65 Nm.
Removal and installation of a poly V-belt pulley with a freewheel
Remove the V-ribbed belt and, accordingly, the alternator. Remove poly V-belt pulley using multi-tooth adapter -MP1-309-. Removal - turn the generator shaft to the right. Installation - turn the generator shaft to the left. Tightening torque: 80 Nm. Fix the protective cap on the idle pulley of the belt.
