1. Thermostat housing: follow the tightening sequence on the coolant pump.
2. Thermostat: small cooling circuit; start of opening: approximately 105°C.
3. Gasket: replace; make sure that the seal fits correctly; moisten slightly with coolant before installation.
4. Coolant pump: When replacing the coolant pump, also replace the toothed belt.
5. 8 Nm.
6. Gasket: replace; make sure that the seal fits correctly; moisten slightly with coolant before installation.
7. Toothed belt guard: for the toothed belt of the coolant pump.
8. 20 Nm and tighten by 90: (¼ vol.): replace.
9. Toothed belt: replace when replacing the coolant pump; to drive the cooling system pump.
10. Toothed pulley: to drive the coolant pump.
11. 8 Nm.
12. 7 Nm.
13. Cover: for thermostat.
14. Gasket: replace; moisten slightly with coolant before installation.
15. Thermostat: large cooling circuit; beginning of opening around 87°C.
16. Bolt.
