1. 150 Nm and tighten by 180° (½ turn): replace; when loosening and tightening, use stop -T10475-
Carefully! Risk of engine damage. It is forbidden to turn the crankshaft with the bolt unscrewed - this can lead to a change in the valve timing.
2. Crankshaft pulley: with vibration damper
3. V-ribbed belts: check for wear; before removing, mark the direction of the belt with chalk or a felt-tip pen; do not bend; during installation, ensure the correct position on the pulleys
4. 20 Nm and tighten by 90° (¼ vol.): replace.
5. Poly V-belt tensioner: to loosen the belt tension, turn the tensioner with a socket wrench; lock with lock -T10060 A-
6. 23 Nm.

Vehicles with air conditioning

9. Air conditioner compressor: Do not unscrew or disconnect refrigerant lines
10. Bolt
