Release screws -1- and -2- for oil pump. Remove the oil pump from the pins on the cylinder block in a straight line.
Remove seal -1- from pins -arrows-.
Installation
Install new gasket -1- onto pins -arrows-. Rotate the oil pump gear so that the 2 diametrically opposed recesses -arrows- are positioned as shown in the figure. Install the oil pump on the pins.
Tightening torques
Tighten new securing screws -1- to 8 Nm and turn +90°further (¼ vol.). Tighten securing screws -2- to 20 Nm. Install a new crankshaft lip seal on the pulley side. Install oil pan. Install generator. Install tensioner with new mounting screws -arrows- and tighten to 20 N.m +90° (¼ vol.). Install toothed belt.
Removing and installing oil level and oil temperature sender -G266-
Drain engine oil. Disconnect connector -3-. Remove screws -1- and remove oil level and oil temperature sender -G266- -pos. 4-.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace O-ring -2- and lubricate before installing.
Fill the engine with oil and check its level.
