Carefully! Risk of engine damage. It is forbidden to turn the crankshaft with the crankshaft pulley removed - this can lead to a change in the valve timing.
Installation
Note: Replace screws that are tightened to the specified angle. All contact surfaces between the bolt, the crankshaft V-ribbed belt pulley and the crankshaft toothed pulley must be degreased.
Install the crankshaft V-ribbed belt pulley, screw in the bolts with lubricated threads by hand until they stop. Tighten bolt -arrow- using stop -T10475-.
Installation in reverse order. Install poly V-belt.
