1. Dual-mass flywheel: mounting only possible in one position - holes offset

2. Centering sleeve

3. Flange cover on gearbox side: with integral O-ring; replace only as an assembly; do not lubricate the working edge of the sealing ring with oil or grease; before installation, remove oil residues on the crankshaft trunnions with a clean rag

4. Cylinder block

5. 9 Nm

6. Intermediate plate: must be located on the centering sleeves; prevent damage or bending during reinforcing work; suspended on the crankshaft cover from the side of the gearbox

7. Centering sleeve

8. 60 Nm and tighten by 90° (¼ vol.); replace
