Removing and installing fuel level sender -G-

For vehicles with front wheel drive

Remove the fuel delivery module. Disconnect the connectors -1- of the connecting flange by releasing the latches. Remove electrical wires from bracket -arrow- and lay them aside. Unlock retaining clips -3 and 4- and simultaneously pull fuel level sender -G- -2- upwards.

For vehicles with all-wheel drive

Remove the fuel delivery module. Disconnect the connector -4- of the connecting flange by releasing the latches. Remove electrical wires from bracket -arrow- and lay them aside. Unlock retaining clips -1 and 2- and simultaneously pull fuel level sender -G- -3- upwards.

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Insert the fuel gauge sender -G- into the guides on the fuel supply unit and press down until it clicks into place. Connect all wires to the fuel delivery module.
