1. Intermediate ring: replace
2. Mount: replace
3. Combustion chamber sealing ring (teflon): replace; during installation, it must not be lubricated or treated with other means to improve sliding - replace
4. Nozzle
5. Distance ring: replace
6. O-ring (lightly lubricate with clean engine oil when installing): replace
7. Support ring (through the support ring from the fuel rail, a force is transmitted that securely holds the nozzle in the cylinder head): replace
Note: The injectors may only be removed when the engine is cold.
Remove intake manifold. Unplug connector for fuel pressure sender -G247- and all connectors for injectors. Release screws -arrows- and remove fuel rail from cylinder head. If the injectors remain in the fuel rail: Carefully remove the injectors from the fuel rail guides. If the injectors remain in the cylinder head: cover open inlet ports with a clean cloth.
Fit jig -T10133/18- to injector.
Gently tap on the mandrel to release the nozzle.
Note: Use a torque wrench to remove the injector. Set torque wrench to 5 Nm.
Insert puller -T10133/2A- into groove on injector. Then install puller Т10133/16А. Remove the injector by screwing in the screw with a torque wrench -1-. If the injector cannot be removed when the limit torque of 5 Nm is reached, the puller must be removed and the injector fastened again by striking the mandrel.
Note: Failure to comply with the torque limit can easily lead to the destruction of the injector. The sealing ring of the combustion chamber must be replaced before each reinstallation of the injector.
Replace the combustion chamber O-ring and install the injector.
