Removing
1. Remove the audio speaker.
2. Unscrew the fastening screws (2) door travel stop to the A-pillar, as shown in the figure below.
3. Unscrew the fastening screws (3) and disconnect the travel limiter from the rear door (1), as shown in the figure below. The travel limiter must be removed through the hole in the door for installing the speaker of the audio system.
Installation
1. Install the travel limiter on the rear door through the hole for installing the speaker of the audio system (1), as shown in the figure below.
2. Install as shown in the figure below and tighten the fixing screws (3) with a tightening torque of 9 Nm.
3. Install and tighten the mounting bolt (2), shown in the figure below and tighten it with a tightening torque of 30 Nm.
