Note.
- The vehicle must be parked on a level, level surface.
- Adjustment buffers (2) the right and left side of the hood cover are not used for adjustment. They are designed to stabilize or dampen the bonnet.
- The hood is adjusted properly if it closes and opens without jamming, and has a uniform gap with the body around the entire perimeter.
- The hood latch should lock without applying excessive force.
- Do not unscrew the fastening nuts completely, they only need to be loosened.
1. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the bracket for locking the hood cover (1), shown in the figure below.
2. To adjust the hood cover relative to the wings of the body, it is necessary to loosen the fastening nuts (6) on right and left (7) canopies.
3. Make sure that the edges of the hood and fenders are parallel, and the gap is uniform around the perimeter.
Buffers adjustment
Note.
- Tighten the right and left buffers of the hood cover to the stop (2) And (3).
- Rotate the adjusting buffers 90 degrees towards the hood preload.
1. After adjusting the position of the hood cover, the locking clip (1) must be installed and adjusted.
2. The hood cover at the front can be adjusted by moving the lock (5), shown in the figure below.
3. After adjusting the hood cover, install the lock bracket and tighten the bolts of its fastening. Set the adjusting buffers to their original position.
4. After adjustment, tighten the fastening nuts (6) hood covers for awnings (7) with the required tightening torque and apply a special anti-corrosion coating to these fastening elements.
Hood lock adjustment
1. Loosen the fastening bolts (2) and by moving the bonnet lock (1) in horizontal (arrow a) and vertical (arrow b) direction to adjust its location.
2. After adjustment, tighten the bonnet lock bolts with a tightening torque of 12 Nm.
Lock shackle adjustment
1. Loosen the fastening bolts (3), shown in the figure below.
2. Adjust the lock bracket (1), moving it within the holes, as shown in the figure below.
3. Tighten the bolts of the lock bracket (3) with a tightening torque of 10 Nm.
