Attention.
- When cleaning the interior and exterior of the car, avoid getting water on the floor.
- Water may enter the speaker system or other electronic components above or below the carpet or rug, causing them to stop functioning. This can lead to corrosion of the body.
Ethylene resin
The door lining is made of ethylene resin, which can be easily cleaned with a neutral detergent. First clean the interior with a vacuum cleaner, then wipe it with a sponge or soft cloth and soapy water. After a few minutes, wipe off any remaining soap solution with a clean, damp cloth. Repeat the above procedure if necessary. You can also use commercially available cleaners for plastic surfaces (it gives a good effect). Follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
Attention. Do not use thinner, benzine, or window cleaner.
Carpet covering
To clean carpets, apply a quality cleaning foam. Remove as much dust as possible with a vacuum cleaner. There is a wide range of foam cleaners available on the market in spray, powder or liquid form. Powdered and liquid form foam when mixed with water. Carpet cleaning is recommended to be carried out in a circular motion with a sponge and a brush dipped in foam. Don't use water. Carpet must be dry. Follow the instructions on the cleaning product label.
Seat belts
Seat belts can be cleaned with neutral soap or warm water using a sponge or soft cloth. While cleaning, check the belts for excessive wear or cuts.
Attention.
- Do not wash the seat belts with bleach, as it weakens the tension.
- Do not use seat belts until dry.
Glass
Glasses can be cleaned with household glass cleaners.
Attention. Be careful not to damage the rear window heating element when cleaning it from the inside.
Wipe the climate control panel, audio system, instrument panel, instruments and switches with a damp soft cloth.
Soak a clean, soft cloth in cool or warm water and wipe off the dust.
Attention.
- Do not use organic cleaners (solvent, kerosene, alcohol, gasoline) or acid, as this causes the surface to fade, stain or peel off.
- Before using cleaning products, make sure that they do not contain the indicated substances.
- When using new types of liquid cleaners, do not allow them to come into contact with the surface of the interior elements, as they may contain these substances. Remove the liquid immediately following the instructions.
Leather trim
Leather trim can be cleaned with a neutral wool cleaner.
Dip a soft cloth in a 5% neutral wool cleaning solution and wipe off the dust. Completely remove any detergent residue with a clean, damp cloth.
After cleaning, if the leather trim is damp, wipe it with a clean, soft cloth. Dry your skin in a shady and well-ventilated area.
Attention.
- If dirt cannot be removed with a neutral cleaner, use one that does not contain organic matter.
- Do not use organic cleaners such as essential oil, alcohol, benzine, or acid as this will cause the leather to fade.
- Nylon brushes and synthetic fabrics scratch the surface of the skin.
- Mold will form on dirty leather-covered items. Avoid oil and keep the elements clean.
- Park your car in the shade, especially in summer, as leather hardens or shrinks after prolonged exposure to the sun.
- Do not place objects made of polyethylene or paraffin on leather elements in summer, as the temperature in the car interior can be very high, due to which these objects will stick to the skin.
- Improper cleaning of leather elements can lead to fading or staining.
