Spring
1. Remove the wheel.
2. Install the spring compressor (see resist. illustration), make sure that the spring enters the fixture paws, compress the spring and remove it.

3. If necessary, loosen the tension and compress the new spring.
4. Install the spring in place so that its end rests against the stopper on the lower seat (see illustration 12.4a). The lower seat pin must fit into the hole in the lower transverse arm (see illustration 12.4b).

5. Loosen the spring and remove the puller.
Shock absorber
6. Remove the wheel and partially remove the wheel arch locker (see chapter 11). Remove the spring (see subsection above).
7. Turn out the top bolts of the shock-absorber (see resist. illustration).

8. Turn out the bottom bolt of the shock-absorber (see illustration 3.19 of chapter 8) and take it off. If it is necessary to disassemble the shock absorber, refer to Ref. illustration.

9. Unload the rear suspension (see section 2).
10. Install the shock absorber in place and tighten its upper bolts, and then the lower bolts.
11. Install spring, locker and wheel.
