1. The air cleaner is located in the front left side of the engine compartment. Installation details of the air cleaner and its parts are specified in Section 4 Chapter 4.
2. Loosen the air cleaner cover fasteners, release the air hose (disconnect the sensor connector if necessary) and remove the cover.
3. Remove the filter element.
4. Clean the air cleaner housing and install a new filter element.
5. Install the air cleaner cover, tighten its fasteners and secure the hose. If the sensor connector has been disconnected, reconnect it.
