Removal and installation of a pulley of the generator

1. Remove the drive belt and/or alternator and secure it in a vise.

2. Removal / installation of the pulley is carried out using a suitable multi-faceted head (see resist. illustrations). When removing, rotate the generator shaft to the right, and when installing - to the left.





3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Tighten the pulley fasteners without clutch to 65 Nm, and the pulley fasteners with clutch to 80 Nm.
