Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the steering wheel and upper and lower steering column covers (Section 10).
3. Remove the instrument panel (Section 12).
4. Remove the heater control panel (Section 3).
5. Remove the car radio (Section 12).
6. Unscrew the fourteen fastening screws, and slowly bring the panel into the car. Do not apply excessive force; this is not necessary and the plastic parts may be damaged.
Installation
7. Install in the reverse order of removal. If necessary, refer to the relevant chapters Sections 3, 10 and 12.
