3. The heater is equipped with a supercharger with three speed modes. The supercharger is mounted on the bulkhead on the engine side. Ventilation deflectors are located in the center and at the end sections of the dashboard, air ducts are installed in the niches for the driver's and front passenger's feet. Illuminated sliding levers that regulate the air temperature and its distribution through the air ducts are placed (together with the heater blower switch) in the center of the dashboard. The levers control dampers that direct the air flowing through the heater through various channels. External (cold) Air enters the system through a grill at the rear of the hood. Its flow is amplified when required by the supercharger's radial screw, then fresh air flows through the air ducts into the cabin, according to the setting of the control levers. Exhaust air is removed from the passenger compartment through special channels located in its rear part. If the incoming fresh air needs to be heated, it is passed through the heater matrix, which circulates through the tubes the hot coolant exiting the engine.
